Please allow 7 to 12 days for custom made items to be shipped, since they have to be made exclusively for each customer. If you need your order sooner, please contact me at email@example.com and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Standard shipping is through registered package by the national post services of each country and has a tracking number.
Delivery time varies, according to the destination. Shipping to U.S. normally takes 7 – 14 days, to Europe 7-10 days, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world, 7-16 days.
Express shipping upgrade through DHL is available during checkout.
I accept cancellations within 24 hours of the purchase. For any order that is canceled after the manufacture process has been started, there is a 20% fee on the price of the order.
In case you face a problem with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will work with you to coordinate an exchange, a refund or store credit. Please note that buyers are responsible for the initial shipping charge. So, in the event of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping, once the piece has arrived at my studio.
Rings that have been ordered the wrong size by the buyer cannot be refunded, since this ring has been made in the specific customer’s size. I can offer an exchange for another ring size after paying a resize fee and returning the original ring.
If you would like to exchange a jewelry piece that is not made to order for something else, I gladly accept exchanges. Please keep in mind that the return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
All jewelry must be unused, unworn and in their original condition if returned. In case an item is not returned in its original condition, I reserve the right to refuse a return or make a refund which will be equivalent to the damage.
All jewelry repairs are guaranteed for 6 months excluding unreasonable wear or abuse. All items in Mis Mundos are handmade, so please keep in mind that you should avoid wearing them while doing hard work or using chemicals that can harm the stones.
All diamonds in my shop are conflict free, ethical and sourced from reliable sources which comply with the Kimberley Process Certification.
Due to the raw nature of the diamonds, you will receive a ring with a diamond that will be similar to the one you see pictured, but not identical. All raw diamonds have slight differences amongst them and this makes them unique for each customer.
Measurements of ring bands, stones, earrings and other jewelry are mentioned in detail in the description of each item. Please read the descriptions carefully so that you are exactly aware of the size of the item that you purchase.
